TRA Application 2013-2014
To apply to the Trailhead Program, download and submit a completed application to your home school guidance counselor. The application includes a teacher reference, a guidance checklist (which should be done by the guidance counselor), and accompanying documents (Credit Counselling Summary, and I.E.P. if applicable). Incomplete applications take longer to process when requiring necessary follow up for missing documentation.
Students should also registered as “interested” at www.onsorts.ca (your guidance counselor can assist with this if necessary).
